Dr. Amy Maurer, D.D.S.
Dr. Amy studied Biology at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota before pursuing her dental education at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. She has been treating families in the Garner area ever since.

Dr. Matt Maurer, D.D.S.
Dr. Matt graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a major in Biology/Chemistry. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at The University of Iowa College of Dentistry.

Additionally, Dr. Matt has completed over 1,000 hours of continuing education courses, including hands-on training in Dental Implants.​
Dr. Matt is married to Dr. Amy. They have four daughters–Molly, Katie, Ruby, and Elizabeth. When he's away from the office, Dr. Matt enjoys playing video games, walking his dog, watching track and field, and spending time with his girls.
Dr. Breanne Reed, D.D.S.
Dr. Breanne Reed majored in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls. She went on to pursue her dental education at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics, where she worked with an emphasis on infants through patients aged 18.

Dr. Bre grew up with a great dental home and positive dentist office experiences as a patient, so she decided to pursue a dental career herself. More than any other part of her job, she enjoys being able to work with people.​
Dr. Bre is married to Nic, and they have three sons. When she’s not helping patients have healthy smiles at Garner Dental Group, she enjoys boating on the lake, exercising, playing with their dog, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Alex Van Gerpen, D.D.S.
Dr. Alex graduated from Upper Iowa University, majoring in Biology. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.

Additionally, he has completed countless hours of continuing education courses, including hands-on training in Oral Surgery.

Dr. Alex is married to Dr. Katie, and they have one son. When he is out of the office, you will find him golfing, spending time with family and friends, and watching football (especially his Hawkeyes and Vikings).​
